Overview

The Marketing Coordinator executes various marketing initiatives including creation and coordination of website and blog content, digital graphic assets, case studies, marketing automation email campaigns, social media management, event coordination, and individualized sales assets for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

As part of a small growing company, this position will require a great deal of flexibility and organization to ensure that all projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position works closely with the Marketing Director to execute the marketing plan for each fiscal year.

 

Additionally, this position will create, manage and distribute content and creative assets for use across digital media including:

    • Website and blogs
    • Social media platforms
    • Monthly e-newsletters, email campaigns & lead nurture program
    • Webinars, video, E-Books, white pages, case studies, press releases, presentations and other sales & marketing materials 
    • The Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing campaigns:       
  • Plan, promote & execute in-person and web events by identifying the target audience, coordinate the logistics and work closely with sales on content development
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data, comparing estimated to actual results
  • Use online tools to research territories, profile companies and locate prospective leads
  • Manage leads database in CRM and refresh as appropriate in each territory
  • Monitor and analyze SEO and update web assets utilizing WordPress CMS
  • Become certified in Ledgeview's marketing automation software

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

As the Marketing Coordinator, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires you to be detail oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills. A positive and optimistic attitude and a sense of humor will be a great asset to your role.

 

Specific qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator position include:

      • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Previous copy-writing experience is required
      • Experience in designing promotional material
      • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
      • Well-versed in all Microsoft Office programs
      • Experienced with multiple social media platforms preferred
      • Self-starter with strong self-management and project management skills
      • Must be able to work independently, under pressure & meet tight deadlines

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field

Work Experience: 

  •  3-5 years in Marketing, Communications or related industry
  • Experience in professional services organization is a plus
