Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you work close with the customer to find new avenues of business.  You are responsible for exceeding all sales and lead goals, and providing an experience that is first in class.

 

Minor travel is required, to visit conferences, seminars, or attend trade shows.

 

Responsibilities

An Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Calling on businesses to identify Decision Makers.
  • Asking questions to determine his/her product needs.
  • Qualify interest in the customer's offerings and follow the process for appointment scheduling.
  • Provide great customer experience
  • Participate in customer business reviews

  

Qualifications

As an Inside Sales Representative, you must also be confident in your ability to call on new people.  You have strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong  organizational skills.  A positive and optimistic attitude will be a great asset to your role.

 

Our Inside Sales Representatives hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  They also have the following experience:

  • Minimum one (1) year of inside sales experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in manging a pipeline and sales activity in a CRM.  Salesforce or Dynamics is preferred.

   

If these experiences are gained from within a consumer products organization, that is a PLUS!
