Overview

Our Salesforce Consultants forge a solid relationship and advise customers on ways to improve efficiency and solve their business problems by utilizing or integrating CRM software solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will consult closely with the customer to analyze its business processes against the standard CRM functionality.  The ideal candidate will then design and deliver a solution to meet the customer’s business requirements with or without the help of the implementation team. 

 

As the lead consultant, you will manage the schedule, scope, and budget of the project.  Your responsibilities include:

  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Analyzing the business objectives of the stakeholder and develop solutions to their business issues
  • Eliciting and documenting current business processes
  • Identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Translating business requirements to functional requirements and future state business processes, which are passed to Salesforce Developer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • Three (3) + years of business analysis experience with software implementations
  • Three (3) + years of consulting experience 
  • Three (3) + years of Salesforce CRM experience

Salesforce Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud certifications are a plus!
